How can we help?

Our initial agreements begin with a four-month contract. This allows adequate time to ensure proper setup for analytics followed by three months of service for adequate measurement. If after four months you are happy with your results, we will discuss the type of contract, six-month or twelve-month, that best fits your business needs.

After your contract has been signed, there is a minimal one-time setup fee for initial auditing and plugging in your company on our end. This may look like proper social management access, user account setup, tool integrations, etc. See the setup fees listed with each service tier.

We know time is of the essence for your small business. We focus on getting your marketing efforts up and running within 7-14 business days after signing your contract. During that time, our team also begins research into your company including questionnaires for you or your employees to complete, brand guidelines, and more.

We understand unexpected things can come up that could affect our financial commitments. If you find yourself in a position where you are in need to cancel your contract, we will require a 30-day written notice to hello@fifthstreetco.com. A cancellation fee will also be charged at 30% of the final amount due upon the last day of service. For example, if a written notice is provided five months prior to the current contract end date, you will be charged 30% of the final amount due for the remaining four months.

Example:

  • Upon conclusion of services, with four months remaining, 50% of the remaining four contract months will be due (i.e. $399/month x 4 months = $1596 (50%) = $798)
  • Written notice of cancellation sent with five months of current contract remaining.
  • The remaining 30 days of service will be charged at the full agreed monthly service rate.

We learn best from the business owners and managers themselves. Every contract begins with an extensive business questionnaire to help us better understand your company and needs. We then follow up with a one-hour onboarding call to review your responses, gain any clarity that may be needed, and lay out a comprehensive strategic plan.

You will have an experienced account manager throughout the duration of your contract who will work to assure strategy, deadlines, and results are being met.

Fifth Street Collective creates all business content based on the business questionnaire, onboarding meeting, website review, brand guides, and industry trends and topics. You do not need to provide content; however, if you have pieces you are passionate about and would like us to incorporate into your strategy, we are happy to do so. All content is created and provided for approval prior to sending to ensure you are comfortable and confident with the content being sent to customers.
